Yes, there is a minimum of  at least four hours that needs to be scheduled for it to be worth the time and effort it takes to set up the equipment and ensure that everything will come together as expected.

That depends on the venue the event will ke place at. Provided there is proper electricity to plug the equipment in, it should not take more then an hour to set everything up. 

Yes, there is plenty of songs in the library that would allow for a great and entertaining evening of dancing instead of singing. The goal is that everyone has a good time. 

There would need to be at least a month or better for us to properly plan for the event. This way all the bases are covered and it is ensured that it will be a most memorable event that everyone will love. However, it can be scheduled in as little as two weeks but this would hurry the process and mistakes often happen more when they are hurried. 

Yes, this is very possible but it would need to be planned when the initial planning is started. It would also be beneficial to share what kind of genres would be enjoyed so to make sure the kind of music needed to be heard will be played.
