The inaugural event for TNC has concluded, providing several valuable lessons that I will address to enhance our future endeavors.<br /><br />Firstly, I faced a significant challenge with the QR code that was printed for the event; unfortunately, it did not function as intended. The effectiveness of this QR code was crucial to the overall success of the event. I will conduct a thorough investigation to determine what went wrong and ensure that such an oversight does not happen again. The malfunction prompted numerous inquiries from attendees regarding specific song requests, which was disheartening. I had to regretfully inform guests—and even performers—that I could not provide the songs they were seeking. I would like to extend my sincere apologies to the Poole family for any inconveniences caused by this issue.<br /><br />Another obstacle I encountered was the insufficient space for equipment setup. The lack of a stage and limited floor space hindered my ability to move comfortably. Consequently, I had to position the performers very close to the karaoke monitor, which impacted both efficiency and comfort. Additionally, I was unable to set up my projector due to space limitations.
